Aquatica is a whimsical, one-of-a-kind waterpark that’s only in Orlando and could only come from SeaWorld. There is one river where you float through an undersea world of colorful fish and another races you into rolling rapids. There are also slides that spin and soak you, and their incredible signature ride – two awesome, enclosed tube slides that send you speeding through a lively lagoon filled with playful, black and white Commerson’s dolphins. Delight in the serene-to-extreme waters in the gigantic double wave pools and soak in the sun (or the cooling shade) on the white sand beach. Aquatica is where the fun is as endless as the sea itself.
Par 58 Regular Tees: 3417 yards / Slope 82 This 1968 Joe Lee design is flat with fairways rimmed by pine trees. It's greens are quite small and elevated above the fairways. The rolling greens are also protected by a number of sand traps. Of the four par-4s, two measure 370 to 380 yards. The par-3s run from 108 to 188 yards. All things considered, this is a pleasant and well-thought-out executive course open to the public. Metal spikes are tolerated but not encouraged.

Renowned golf course architect Steve Smyers has designed one of Central Florida's most dynamic new golf courses. With credits including three mainstays on GolfWeek's 100 Greatest Modern Courses list, Smyers, together with player consultant Nick Faldo has created a thinking person's golf course. From its lakes and tall pines, through its oaks and palms to its Tif Eagle greens, the features and contours at Grande Pines make shot selection as important a consideration as any other aspect of your game. With each magnificent hole at Marriott's Grande Pines Golf Club, the decision is yours. The more conservative player can always take the safer route. The bolder competitor can challenge the hazards and obstacles and be greatly rewarded. The contoured, rolling fairways will accept most tee shots, and the well-bunkered, multi-tiered greens will reward accuracy on approach shots. This golf course will challenge the best in each player. Check the website for timings and prices.
