Inaugurated in 2003, the beautifully landscaped Military Memorial Park is a tribute to servicemen. The park has numerous monument that tell the story of wars and the contribution of servicemen.
Heneger Center for the Arts is dedicated to encouraging performing arts programs and cultural events. It was opened in 1920 and has a theater that can seat more than 450 people. There are exhibitions which feature the works of local artists, mirrored dance studio, ballroom and much more.
Located within the expansive campus of the Florida Institute of Technology, this garden spans 15 acres (6.07 hectares), and is home to a stunning array of plant life. While heavy on numerous species of the palm family, the park also houses other plant and flowering species native to the region. Guided tours of the facility are available.
Standing by the Eau Gallie River, this picturesque park spans 10 acres (4.04 hectares), and is a favorite for picnics. Facilities at the park include boat ramps, a playground as well as tennis and basketball courts.
The James Wadsworth Rossetter House is a simple and beautiful historic home that features a one level structure. With a balcony on the top facing the entrance and simple architecture the house looks great in it's appearance. Currently running as a museum, the house exhibits a beauty of the late nineteenth and early twentieth century homes. Tours to this home are also available.
James Wadsworth Rossetter House is located in downtown Melbourne in the Eau Gallie Arts District neighborhood. Built in 1908, it was the former residence of James Wadsworth Rossetter and his family. The beautiful Victorian-house is one of the famous landmarks of the city and is been operated as one of the historic properties of Historic Rossetter House Museum. The Community Chapel of Melbourne Beach is a historic chapel that is located in Florida. The local residents had built it in the year 1892. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 14, 1992. Steeped in history, it is an iconic place of worship for the community.
Old Melbourne Beach Town Hall was established in 1908. The building was originally moved from Ryckman Park to Oak Park where it still exists. The building is now home to Old Town Hall History Center that features and chronicles the local history of Melbourne Beach. It is also used as a venue for numerous community functions.

Latin America, Native Florida and Australia feature the flora and fauna of those regions. View jaguars, anteaters, alligators and other animals. The Paws-On Activity Center provides interactive entertainment geared toward children, including a petting zoo.
