Rubix KUBE is a tribute band from New York City that offers the very best and worst of the 1980s. With both male and female lead vocals and a repertoire that includes hit songs from artists like Pat Benatar, Prince, Queen, Wham and The Cure, the band offers the ultimate 1980s showcase of pop, rock, new wave and hair metal.
Though the name was originally coined by a group of actors centered around Humphrey Bogart, Lauren Bacal and Marilyn Monroein the 1950s, The Rat Pack's heyday included noted entertainers form the 1960s including Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Jr., Peter Lawford and Joey Bishop. While the troupe supposedly never called itself The Rat Pack, opting for a less conspicuous names like The Summit or The Clan, the five entertainers became notorious under the name and would more often than not make guest appearances at each others shows, defining America's last prominent era of traditional pop and swing before the advent of rock and roll.
