You also get soup, house salad, shrimp appetizer, vegetables, fried rice and sherbet for dessert. The dinner is cooked in front of you on the hibachi table around which you are seated. Located on the lake at Broadway at the Beach, Carlos 'n Charlie's invites patrons to relax on the back deck and watch the zip liners "fly" across the water. With an expansive menu, the restaurant serves fairly large portions of tasty South-of-the-Border themed cuisine. This restaurant offers a nice break from lots of walking around this large attraction. The Liberty Steakhouse & Brewery is the newest brewery on the Grand Strand. Located at Broadway at the Beach, this brewery has at least 6 different, interesting, brewed beers on tap daily. The food is good, but the menu is limited to appetizers, steaks, seafood and pizzas. A few of the entrees are marinated in ale. There is a kids menu. Pints are $2 and appetizers are half price during happy hour. Open everyday from 11 am onwards.

»Hard Rock Café

This Hard Rock Cafe is the only one in the world shaped like a pyramid. Outside, a huge lighted fountain gives an eerie effect to the building. As you enter, you look down on a huge, cavernous, colorful room complete with columns, hieroglyphics and drawings of Egyptians. The walls are covered with rock 'n' roll memorabilia, and the music is very loud. The general menu includes appetizers, soups, salads, burgers, specials and desserts.

Amici's is one of the only places in Myrtle Beach where you can get a slice of pizza from a wood-fired oven. This traditional Neapolitan way of making pizza flash heats them, making the pizza done in less than a minute.
