On the menu: Ceviche de Pescado, marinated raw fish; Anticuchos, marinated beef hearts; Lomo Saltado, beef loin with onions and tomatoes and Estofado de Pollo, a Peruvian style fricassee. A house specialty, Pollo a la Brasa, is chicken marinated in a mixture of Peruvian spices for 24 hours then cooked slowly for at least two hours over hot coals, an elaborate process that practically guarantees tender and subtly flavored meat. Before dinner Tamales stuffed with pork and a side order of cancha, which are toasted corn kernels, will tantalize your taste buds for the main meal.
